  Procedure

1. Talk to Angelique in Amoria.
2. Head over to Aquaroad: Tae Gong's Ferry and talk to Richard the Sailor.
3. Hunt for 20 Rat Trap.
4. Return to Richard the Sailor after you have collected the items. You will obtain 1 Richard's Letter.
5. Go back to Angelique and give her the obtained item.
