I usally play at 5:00 or 6pm. But sometimes I play even less. It is really easy to train a bowgirl/man but once u get lvl 17 or 18 it is really hard. But if u train alot then u can even get to lvl 100! But that might even take more than a year if u don't train a lot and play a lot. It is really fun to train as soon as u get lvl 10 and 12 cuz it is really easy and u almost don't need any money for arrows - people give them to u if they dont use and u can just get 10 branches and make them into a proccess wood and u can make them into 1000 arrows. Sometimes u run out of arrows really quick but if u have alot of branches then u can make alot of arrows!
