Using Bomgar for remote access

Just recently, my company dropped WebEx as a vendor after a decade and went with Bomgar (http://www.bomgar.com) instead. It was mainly for cost reasons, but I've also learned it's 100% linux compatible too! Once your account is setup, you can download the bomgar console on a Windows, Linux or Mac environment and you can use it to connect to almost any platform. If I am on a Windows machine I can connect to another Windows or Linux machine. If I'm on Linux, then vica versa. I think it's awesome!
